We have a sound infrastructure, which is spread over a sprawling area and is well-equipped with the latest and advanced equipment which enable us to fulfil the bulk requirement of our clients. The infrastructure is well segregated and is divided into various sections like processing unit, warehouse and packaging unit to ensure that the varied business activities can be carried out in a smooth manner. We process our fruit, vegetable, herbal and flower products using low temperature, cold drying technology which enables effective drying of our products without losing their flavour, aroma and colour.

Cold Drying Technology
Though the product quality in low temperature cold drying technology remains equivalent to freeze dried products, in many other respects low temperature cold drying technology is much better than the freeze dried technology. Low temperature cold drying technology as compared to freeze dried is highly economical and cost effective. Apart from that, it dries the products effectively, as well as preserves the nutritional value, flavour, taste and aroma of all product
Advantages of Low Temperature Cold Drying Technology
  Product is washed, blanched, cut and then put into a dryer in a cold room
  Product is not heated at all the moisture of the product is absorbed at a very low temperature (This method was developed by us after a 3-year research by our in-house technocrats)
  Product is dried gradually so the inner structure of the product is not ruptured
  Dried product is less hygroscopic
  It restructures fast in warm water, regaining the natural shape and colour of the product
  The product is prepared in a single process where only the final product is delivered In this process the product does not come in contact with outside air
  Lower power is consumed during processing, so the cost remains quite low Drying time is generally between 12-24 hours
  In this process, the product is dried at a low temperature, thus the colour, flavour, aroma and the pungency level of the products remain absolutely in their original state
Warehousing and Packaging
We have developed a spacious warehousing unit for the safe storage of our range of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flower products. This warehouse has a massive capacity, which helps us store our product range in bulk. Our entire warehouse is segmented into various units that help us identify, access and retrieve our products with ease.
