We began as a division of ‘Mechelec Group of Companies’, a reputed manufacturer of cold rooms, walk-in-coolers/freezers, fruit ripening chambers as well as pre-coolers and blast freezers.

All our products are prepared using a unique low temperature cold drying method and are available in packs of 1kg, 5kg & 10kg. The range of products we offer find extensive usage in hotels, restaurants and caterers,
as well as in the pharmaceutical, ayurvedic and cosmetic industries. Our commitment to provide our clients with a quality range of products has helped us gain various quality certifications such as ISO 22000:2005 by Intertek and Organic certificate by NPOP. Moreover, our range of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flower products is in compliance with the standards of APEDA, Spice Board, FPO, SSI, NSIC and GS1 India for Barcode.

Our Parent Company
Our company started out on its journey as a division of the ‘Mechelec Group of Companies’ in 1960. Located in the western part of Vadodara City, only 7 kms from the airport, ‘Mechelec’ is spread across a sprawling area of 30,000 sq. ft.
- Our parent company ‘Mechelec Steel Products’ is a distinguished name in the field of office furniture, steel furniture and water coolers, with clients of the highest repute from Government, Semi Government, as well as Public and Private sector companies. Further, it has expertise in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration machinery
- Initially, our parent concern started as a cooling coil, condenser and evaporator manufacturer but with the passing of time they also entered into the ‘Post Harvest Technology’ sector
- Today ‘Mech Air Industries’ is a reputed manufacturer of a wide range of cold rooms, walk-in-coolers/freezers, fruit ripening chambers, as well as pre-coolers and blast freezers
- They are experts in manufacturing ‘Low Humidity Seed Storage Chambers’
- Backed by extensive experience, the company is additionally engaged in undertaking turn key projects like onion /garlic dehydration plant, CA storage, as well as fruit/vegetable, cardamom and black pepper processing lines
- Having gained first-hand experience in pre and post harvest technology, the parent company then diversified into the food processing sector because of which ‘Aum Agri Freeze Foods’ came into existence

Our organization is engaged in processing, supplying and exporting a comprehensive range of fruit, vegetable, herbal and flower products. The range of products we offer includes bitter gourd (karela), bottle gourd, green chilli, spinach, strawberry, fenugreek (methi), chikoo, sitafal powder, pineapple, amla, mint and many more products as per the product list. These are processed under hygienic conditions and are tested on various parameters by our well qualified quality controllers.
