Moisten the fish and add water and milk.Coat the fish and remove the excess liquid.Fry with mix, let stand for 5 minutes, pour oil in deep fry saucepan, add fish to it. Fry 3 to 5 minutes.
Fish is done when golden brown fish flakes easily with fork.
